I hadn’t had the need to order flowers locally but when I did have the need recently I called Sissons. I needed to order a flower arrangement for my friends who lost their furbaby. I asked Sissons if they had some sort of an angel figurine that could be incorporated into an arrangement. While I was on the phone the lady went back to their storage area and when she came back on the phone she asked if my friends lost a dog or a cat. When I answered dog she described the options they had so that I could choose what I wanted. I really couldn’t believe someone would take the time to do this but I really appreciated it and I know the arrangement was very special to my friends. If that wasn’t enough, to my great surprise a couple weeks later I received a card in the mail from Sissons saying that they hoped I was pleased with the arrangement and that my friends were comforted while they grieve the loss of their dog (stating my friends by name). I don’t think I’ve ever encountered such kindness and thoughtfulness. I completely understand why Sissons has such a great rating and I totally agree. These folks are truly very nice and I will definitely order from them again when I have occasion.
