* Have a passion for fresh  cut flowers and are eager to offer great customer service and learn floral design.

* Like to care for plants.

* Like to and keep things neat, clean, and organized and maintain a visually pleasing sales floor.

* Are a proficient speller and enjoy writing hand written notes.

* Are a lifelong learner.

Experience Needed...

* Basic computer, phone and math skills are a must. Familiar navigating around Windows PC.

* Personality and cheerful disposition working with the public both in person and over the phone.

* Ability to stand most of the day and able to lift 5 gallon pails with several inches of water.

* Retail or floral design experience preferred.
